Review monitoring

Google review monitoring that ends in a reply

Knowing about a new review is only half the job. RepBot brings in your Google reviews, has a draft ready, and flags the ones that need extra care. All you do is review and approve.

Illustrative daily review workflow

Connected Google Business Profile

A new review comes in

“Friendly team. We felt well looked after.”

Draft ready · Pending Approval

Hourly sync

Also checks when you sign in.

Daily digest

Only when replies are waiting.

You read the draft and approve the reply.

New Google reviews arrive on their own

Connect a Google Business Profile once. RepBot checks it for new reviews throughout the day (when you sign in and every hour after that) and imports them along with any replies you've already posted. When you want the latest right now, choose Sync now.

If a connection ever needs attention, RepBot tells you right away so you can reconnect it and keep reviews flowing.

Every review in one list

Each Profile has a single review list you can search, sort, and filter. Your filter choice is saved for each Profile, so the view you check every morning is waiting for you.

Low ratings get a ticket

On paid Profiles, every 1–3 star review automatically opens a ticket in Issue Tracker, prioritized by rating. Your team can follow up with the customer while the public reply is being prepared. → How Issue Tracker works

An email only when something is waiting

Each teammate can turn on a daily digest of replies waiting for approval. It arrives only on days when there's something to approve, so every email is worth opening.

How it works

  1. Connect a Google Business Profile, or add reviews manually or by CSV.
  2. RepBot syncs new Google reviews when you sign in and every hour.
  3. Drafts and tickets are prepared for new reviews.
  4. You review and approve. Turn on the daily email to hear when replies are waiting.

Reviews from anywhere, in the same workflow

Collect reviews from other sites by adding them manually or importing a CSV. RepBot drafts replies for them in the same voice, and once you approve one, it's ready to paste where the review lives.

Plan availability

Google connection and CSV import are included on Trial and paid Profiles, and Issue Tracker on paid Profiles. Free covers manual review entry on one Profile. → Compare plans

A few useful answers
