Issue Tracker

Turn negative reviews into follow-up, not just a reply

A public reply answers the review. Issue Tracker makes sure someone deals with the problem behind it. Every low rating becomes a ticket your team can work through.

A ticket for every low rating

When a 1–3 star review comes in, from Google, manual entry, or CSV import, RepBot opens a ticket for it automatically. Priority follows the rating:

Rating Priority
★☆☆☆☆ High
★★☆☆☆ Medium
★★★☆☆ Low

Each ticket is tagged with its star rating and where the review came from.

Sorted by what the customer mentions

RepBot sorts each ticket by what the review talks about: billing, wait time, staff experience, or service quality. A review about a surprise fee lands under billing; one about a rude front desk lands under staff experience.

See what keeps coming up

Complaint Patterns groups tickets by category and counts recurring themes such as long waits, scheduling, unexpected charges, front-desk experience, and communication. One-off mentions still appear, so an early warning isn't lost.

Private notes for your team

Add notes about calls made, refunds discussed, or what the shift manager said. Notes stay private to your team, so you can be candid.

Track it until it's resolved

Move each ticket through Open, Pending, Resolved, and Closed. Link related tickets when one problem shows up in several reviews.

Reply and follow-up together

The ticket sits alongside the review and its reply draft. → AI review responses. If a review may break Google's policies, it can also become a removal case. → Negative review removal

Plan availability

A few useful answers

How are tickets prioritized and sorted?

Priority follows the star rating, and the category follows what the review mentions. The sorting is simple and predictable, so you can check it at a glance.

Who can see our notes?

Only your team. Notes stay inside RepBot, separate from your public reply.

Which reviews get a ticket?

Every 1–3 star review, automatically, whether it came from Google, manual entry, or a CSV import.

Can several locations use it?

Yes. Tickets belong to each Profile, so every location's team sees its own. → Multi-location review management
