AI review responses

Review replies that sound like your business

When a new review arrives, RepBot drafts a reply using your Brand Rules. You read it, adjust it, and approve it. Nothing goes to Google until you say so.

Google review · 4 stars

“Great cleaning, but I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time.”

Draft response · Pending Approval

Thank you, Maria. We're glad your cleaning went well, and we're sorry about the wait. That isn't the visit we want for you. If you'd like to talk it through, Dana at our front desk is glad to help. — The team at Lakeview Dental

A draft is waiting when you open the review

When a new Google review arrives without a reply, RepBot queues a draft for it. Each draft lands in Approve Reviews, marked Pending Approval, beside the review it answers. Star-only Google ratings get a draft too, matched to the rating, and so do reviews you add by hand.

Drafts follow the Brand Rules you set for each Profile. Reviews start arriving the moment you connect, so your inbox is already full when your rules go live.

Written from your rules, not a template

Templates make every reply sound alike, and customers can tell. RepBot starts from the review itself (what the customer said, how many stars they gave) and the Brand Rules you wrote for that business.

Review · ★★★★☆

"Great cleaning, but I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time."

Brand Rules: Warm and concise. Sign as "the team at Lakeview Dental." Point scheduling concerns to Dana at the front desk. Never promise discounts.

Not quite right? Edit it or regenerate

Change any word before you approve. Or choose Regenerate for a fresh draft. Your current version stays in place until you accept the new one, so you never lose a reply you liked. Reloading the page doesn't discard the new candidate either.

Each completed generation or regeneration uses one credit. If an attempt fails, its credit is released.

Every version is kept

Every edit, regeneration, and approval creates a new version. Each version records who made it, where it came from, and which Brand Rules version shaped it. You can always see how a reply got its final wording.

Approve one, or a whole batch

For Google-connected reviews, Approve & Publish is a single step: the reply goes to your Google Business Profile once you approve it. To clear a busy morning, approve several at once; each reply is handled on its own.

For reviews you add manually or import by CSV, approved replies are ready to paste wherever the review lives.

On paid Profiles, low ratings also open an Issue Tracker ticket, so the problem behind the review gets followed up as well.

Know when replies are waiting

Each teammate can turn on a daily email listing the replies waiting for approval. It arrives only on days when there's something to approve. → How review monitoring works

How it works

  1. Bring in reviews. Connect a Google Business Profile, add reviews by hand, or import a CSV.
  2. Set Brand Rules. Describe your tone, the details worth mentioning, and anything to avoid.
  3. Read the draft. Edit it, regenerate it, or leave it as it is.
  4. Approve. Google replies publish the moment you approve them; manual and CSV replies are ready to paste.

A few useful answers

When does a reply go live on Google?

The moment you approve it. Every Google reply waits for you, so you choose exactly what customers see.

How many replies can I generate?

Each paid Profile has 25, 50, or 75 credits a month. Each completed draft or regeneration uses one credit. The 30-day trial includes 25 credits total. See pricing.

Can I change what RepBot writes?

Yes. Edit any draft before approving it, or regenerate it for a new version. Your edits are saved as a new version.

Can I reply to reviews from other sites?

Yes. Add them manually or import a CSV. RepBot drafts the reply in your voice, and once you approve it, it's ready to paste on that site.

How is this different from the free generator?

The free review response generator writes two options for one review at a time. RepBot keeps every review, your Brand Rules, approvals, and publishing for each business in one place.
