Review management for every location and every client

How Workspaces and Profiles fit together

A Profile is one business or location: its Google connection, reviews, Brand Rules, and credits. A Workspace holds all your Profiles and the people who work on them. A franchise group might have one Profile per store. An agency might have one Profile per client.

Each business keeps its own voice and plan

  • Brand Rules per Profile. The beach-town location can sound different from the downtown one. → Brand Rules
  • Credits per Profile. Choose 25, 50, or 75 monthly credits for each paid Profile, and mix plans across the Workspace. Every paid plan has the same features.
  • Move a plan when things change. Move a Profile's plan to another Profile without a new charge.

Share credits when one location is busier

The Billing Account owner can turn on credit sharing in the Workspace, so a Profile that runs short can borrow from others. Low-credit alerts let the right people know before a busy week runs dry.

Give each person the right access

Role Can do
Owner Owns the Billing Account; can transfer ownership to a Workspace Admin
Workspace Admin Team & Access, billing administration, audit log, Workspace settings
Manager Daily work: add and import reviews, edit and approve replies, manage Brand Rules, sync
Custom A specific set of permissions you choose

Assign each person to every Profile, or only the ones they work on. A store manager can see their store; a regional lead can see the region.

Each paid Profile includes one invited teammate seat, in addition to the owner. The trial includes one seat.

See who did what

Workspace Admins can open the audit log for a record of Workspace activity, and every reply keeps its own version history.

Everyone signs in with a one-time code sent to their email, so there's no password to reuse or leak. Connecting a Google Business Profile is its own separate, deliberate step, so signing in to RepBot and granting Google access never get mixed up.

For agencies

Manage each client as its own Profile, with its own Brand Rules and its own review list. Invite a client contact to just their Profile so they can approve replies themselves. Every client Profile runs through your one Billing Account, so billing stays in one place.

→ Protecting clients from fake reviews

For franchises and multi-location teams

Have a central team prepare and approve replies across every store, or let location managers handle their own while head office keeps visibility. Review response examples for automotive and home services businesses help each location's team get started.
