The sign-in and interface settings described below apply to the app. The Google Fonts section describes the marketing website. Pages operated by third-party services, such as a hosted payment page, have their own policies.

Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores in your browser. Your browser sends them back to the website with relevant requests. RepBot uses them to recognize your signed-in session and help protect actions you take in the dashboard.
We also use local storage and session storage. Local storage can keep settings between visits. Session storage holds temporary information for a browser tab and normally clears when that tab is closed.
Sign-in and security cookies
RepBot sets the following cookies after you successfully verify your sign-in code:

Both cookies are sent over secure connections. RepBot may replace them when a session is renewed or when you verify your identity again. A session can be revoked before its cookies expire.
These cookies support sign-in and secure account actions. Blocking them can prevent you from signing in or making changes in the dashboard.
Preferences and temporary storage
The dashboard uses browser storage for the following purposes:

Clearing these settings may reset parts of the interface. Stored Workspace and Profile selections do not grant access to those areas; access is checked by RepBot.
Analytics and security services
Marketing website
We do not use Google Analytics or third-party audience-tracking tools on ordinary marketing pages. The separate free tool uses device recognition for abuse control as described below. Google Fonts is described separately below because loading a font from Google still involves a request to a third party.
This does not mean that visiting the website involves no data processing. Your browser still requests pages and resources, and any inquiry you send includes the information you provide. How those details are used is explained in our Privacy Policy.
RepBot app
The dashboard uses PostHog, when enabled, to understand usage and diagnose reliability problems. It is configured in cookieless mode. It can still process page visits, interactions, performance, and errors.
The app configuration includes click and heatmap collection and masking settings for session replay. Session replay can reproduce a sequence of on-screen interactions for troubleshooting. Page text, element attributes, and form inputs are configured to be masked in recordings. These settings are designed to limit the content included in recordings.
RepBot also loads Cloudflare Turnstile for protected authentication steps to help prevent automated abuse. Third-party security services may process browser and device information as part of their checks.

Google Fonts on our website
Our marketing website uses Google Fonts to display text. Google Fonts is a font service, separate from Google Analytics.
Where fonts are loaded directly from Google, your browser connects to Google's servers and sends information needed to deliver the font, including your IP address. If fonts are hosted on our own website, your browser does not need to request them from Google. See Google Fonts information for more detail.
Your choices
You can use your browser's privacy settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and clear site storage. Your browser's help pages explain the available controls.
Deleting cookies does not by itself switch off cookieless app analytics. If you have a question about analytics processing or a privacy request, use the compliance contact below.
- To end your RepBot session: sign out. Successful sign-out clears the RepBot session and security cookies.
- To remove remembered interface settings: clear the dashboard's site storage in your browser. You may need to select your Workspace, Profile, or interface settings again.
- To block cookies: change your browser's cookie settings. Blocking the sign-in and security cookies can prevent core dashboard features from working.
Clearing browser storage does not delete your RepBot account or data stored by the service. Contact support to request a data export or deletion.
Free-tool storage and verification
The free review-response tool uses browser and network information for abuse prevention and free-usage controls. Device-recognition checks begin after your first interaction with the response form and do not run merely because you browse ordinary marketing pages. The tool's visitor cookie does not sign you in to the app.

These signals support abuse prevention and applicable free-usage controls. Blocking verification services or clearing storage may affect tool access.
